Today when Panchito came home for lunch someone was grilling in our neighborhood. We could smell the meat and immediately, we contracted spring fever. He said, "I am grilling tonight." GREAT! I love grill season because I have so much less cooking to do! So, I had some steaks that I prepared (marinated) and I made a nice salad and some Texas toast. He uncovered the grill and took Katrina out on the deck to play. She wanted to clear off some of the snow. Then we took a walk.It was such a fun time. We felt so invirgated and alive. It is amazing that grilling steaks and taking a walk can make you feel that good. 
Our family is ready for spring. If it is coming or not, we are ready.
