Eyes Bigger than Stomach

 

Today Katrina asked for pancakes for lunch. I do not consider myself a short-order cook and yet with one child, how can you refuse a lunch of pancakes?

So, I made her some pancakes. As I put them on a plate to cool she asked for the entire stack. I asked her if she was really going to eat all of them and she said, "I'm hungry."

Needless to say this entire stack, except for one pancake, is in the freezer waiting for the next time she asks for pancakes.
