Katrina and Pancho had a great time at the dolphin encounter. Samuel liked watching and Joel napped.
We saw sharks, sting rays, starfish and even octopus among other species of sea life.
I enjoyed a piña colada mixed with ice cream that was refreshing and very tasty.
We are poolside now for about 15 more minutes and then we will head back to the room to shower and get ready for our dinner reservations at Nemo, another resort restaurant on the beach where we will have a three-course meal including bruschetta with pesto, steak tenderloins, (and one other appetizers that I cannot remember), grouper, BBQ ribs, chicken breast, tiramisu, cheesecake and chocolate truffles. We are doing our best to enjoy the experience to the max.
We leave for Caracas in the morning.
Thanks for posting this, I was just wondering how the dolphin encounter went. Looks like everyone had a great time! Your pina colada sounds yummy, wish I could have been there to enjoy it with you!! Love you all and miss you so much!!! See you one month from today, Lord willing :-)
