When Katrina was about 4-6 months I made up a song. Here are the lyrics,"Cheeky, weeky. Cheeky weeky weeky. Cheeky weeky weeky weeky woo. Cheeky weeky woo woo woo. Cheeky weeky woo." It is more of a chant, I guess. Anyway, that morphed into a nickname for Katrina of Weechie woo which morphed into woochie woo. Nick has called Katrina woochie woo ever since.
You can ask Katrina, "What does Nick call you?""Woochie woo," she replies. (She says Shawn calls her Treenie Neenie and Nana calls her Hello Dolly... Obviously my family has a thing with nicknames. Especially the boys. They have nicknames for almost everyone they know!)
Thanks, Uncle Nick, for the t-shirt. I love it and I love you too!

Thats sooo cute! I love the shirt.
ReplyDeleteYour brothers are crazy when it comes to nick name. I bloged this last week:
During a game of catchphrase, after bible study last night, my teammate Shawn, all of a sudden shouted "Nice job Pow wow" (I think that is how you spell it) after I scored a turn. After everyone everyone had a good laugh, Nick called me it too. This might sound weird but, I am so grateful to finally have a nickname. I noticed when I started going to study that the guys have this 'nickname club" thus they have all kinds of names for their close friends. It's almost like a right of passage- or a bond of brothership. It's really cool to know that after 4 years of friendship I am finally close enough to the guys for them to give me a nickname
Hey,
ReplyDeleteI can’t wait to see you at my place tomorrow, (March 11th) at 9:30.
I live on the 2nd story at 311 Main street Mosinee, WI.
• Take 51 south to exit 179 (The airport exit).
• Take a right off the exit (away from the airport)
• Follow that all the way to the end and take a right with the Yield sign.
• Take a left at the 4 way stop sign.
• Go over the bridge, and I am on the third block. Look for a Vanderwall Dog grooming sign. I am above them.
**Important** to get to my apartment you have to enter through the back doors. The Stairs on the sidewalk will not get you there. So if you park on the street you have to climb over the snow bank- (there’s a path)
Or you can drive around the block (turn on Washington street) drive all the way down the alley way and park in the driveway. Careful, it’s still Icy (even after two bags of salt).
If you need help let me know. My number is (414) 704-8732.
See you then!
Manda

together will be poured unto your lap. For with the measure you use, it will
be measured unto you." ~Luke 6:38
