Tonight Pancho wanted to make empanadas.
So, we got all set up and he worked with the kids to make our dinner.
In the end, Katrina took a few bites of hers.
Samuel didn't eat any of his empanada.
(he had already eaten at least one cup of shredded cheese!)
And Pancho and I enjoyed a few each!
There are a few leftover for lunch tomorrow.
