Every Thanksgiving for as long as I can remember we have shared it with my
grandma. I have a VERY close relationship with my grandma and this past summer
she was moved into a nursing home. I have continued to see her often and bring
Katrina to see her. I really hope that Katrina will remember my grandma
because she is such a dear woman.
Well, I am thankful that yesterday we were able to share yet another Thanksgiving with Grandma. My mom picked her up at the nursing home in the afternoon and brought her to our house (we hosted Thanksgiving this year) for the later afternoon and evening. We had such a nice time together and I am so glad she could come.
Happy Thanksgiving, Grandma. I hope we can spend many more together.
