Last night Katrina found a large piece of paper that she wanted to color on. She started asking Panchito and me to get her "the dotters from Nana." Neither of us really had an idea of what she was referring to so we said, "Go get them." She immediately went upstairs to look for the dotters.
I was working on the computer and I heard some rumbling and tumbling upstairs but she was not making a sound. Eventually I said to Panchito, "You better go check on her."
Well, before he even got up off the sofa she had started down the steps.
"I have the dotters from Nana, Mama."
"OK, Katrina. Great."
Yeah, great, until you see where she got them ...
It was hard to not be impressed with her ingenuity. We are very thankful she did not fall and we are also going to go upstairs with her next time she is looking for something we don't know what she is referring to!
